LED Lighting Concepts was founded by Dave Thomas and his partner Ginger Jamrog in 2018 as a boutique firm specializing in bespoke LED systems. With a lifetime in the lighting industry, Dave has built a reputation as an innovator, problem solver, and engineer, leading the industry in LED technology for unique applications.
Growing up in the business, Dave's journey started in 1995 at his father’s company, James Thomas Engineering Inc, which was later acquired by Tomcat Inc. By 2001, Dave was already pioneering LED technology. He continues to lead in color-mixing system design, specializing in custom color lighting solutions, and has become the go-to expert for municipalities, universities, and commercial projects that necessitate advanced, adaptable lighting without costly rewiring.
Always exploring new possibilities, Dave personally engineers, tests and integrates Casambi’s solutions into his projects, offering clients new solutions for retrofits and existing asset enhancements—solidifying his role as an honored partner with Casambi and a trailblazer in smart lighting control.
